Designer 1-3 | Job Captain W | Y Architects - Truckee, CA Studio is seeking a collaborative, well-rounded, and professionally motivated individual to join our team as a Designer 1-3 through Job Captain role for custom luxury residential and small public agency/commercial projects. The role includes small project team support and collaboration in all phases of a project from conceptual design through construction, including initial modeling and rendering, creation of construction drawings and details, participation in client and project meetings, consultant coordination, and project research. This is a hybrid schedule position requiring an in-office presence as well as remote work opportunities where tasks are less collaborative. As a small firm working on projects with teams of 3 or fewer, there is ample opportunity for professional development and growth within the firm. QUALIFICATIONS 0 - 8

years of experience in an architectural office Architecture Degree Self-motivated and organized Strong communication and collaboration skills 3D modeling, visualization & presentation skills Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite Basic knowledge of construction systems and detailing
