- Mentor team members in design processes and project management best practices.

- Lead interactions with clients and consultants to ensure project alignment and success.
- Incorporate industry advancements and sustainable practices into architectural projects.
- Ensure compliance with architectural standards, codes, and regulations throughout project phases. Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Architecture Technology or equivalent degree required.
- 8-10 years of relevant architectural experience preferred, showcasing project leadership skills.
- Licensure in architecture is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in architectural design, project management, and team collaboration.
- Strong communication skills for effective client and consultant interactions.
- Experience mentoring team members and fostering professional development.
- Knowledge of current architectural trends, technologies, and sustainable practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment combining onsite and remote collaboration.
