The scope of services we offer ranges from pre-project planning through post-occupancy evaluations. Your key responsibilities and opportunities may include: Leading the assembly of a set of technically sound and accurate Contract Documents Providing technical guidance and direction to project teams from the early design phases through construction administration Coordinating a full consultant team through all phases of design and construction Understanding, identifying and applying relevant building codes and standards Executing a design by ensuring design documentation is in concert with the design intent through all project phases Performing jurisdictional submittals and interacting effectively with jurisdictional personnel
Education and Experience Requirements:
Revit proficiency required Must have a BA/BS in Architecture from a 4/5 year program or a Masters of Architecture. Minimum 6 years of professional experience Recent Experience in Health & Wellness (OSHPD) and/or Education (DSA) preferred Licensed Architect in California LEED accreditation preferred Experience in sustainable design, integrated design and LEED guidelines MS Office proficiency Ability to prioritize workload, multi-task between projects and maintain organization in a changing environment Working knowledge of building codes and other regulatory requirements Advanced knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models Proven ability to meet deadlines, adhere to budgetary goals and provide high quality service to clients Excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills Benefits of Being an
