Job Description We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Inside Sales Representative to support strategic customer accounts within the semiconductor industry. This role plays a key part in driving day-to-day account operations, ensuring seamless order fulfillment, and supporting customer engagement across all stages of the product lifecycle. The Inside Sales Representative will collaborate closely with Account Managers, Business Units, Operations, and Engineering teams to support customer programs from design-in through mass production. Key Responsibilities Customer & Account Support
- Serve as a key point of contact for customer operational and commercial inquiries
- Support Account Managers in managing key accounts, including Tier 1 OEMs and ODMs
- Maintain strong customer relationships through responsive communication and issue resolution
- Track customer forecasts, purchase orders, and shipment schedules Order & Supply Chain Management
- Manage end-to-end order fulfillment: order entry, backlog tracking, and shipment coordination
- Monitor supply allocation, lead times, and delivery commitments in a dynamic environment
- Work cross-functionally with supply chain, planning, and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery
- Support demand planning and forecast alignment with customers and internal teams Pricing & Commercial Support
- Track pricing changes and support communication with customers Program & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate internally with finance, legal, and business units to support commercial activities
- Support new product introduction (NPI) programs and ongoing customer projects
- Coordinate with engineering teams on customer requirements and timelines
- Track key milestones, risks, and follow-up actions Data Analysis & Market Insights
- Conduct data analysis and prepare reports on:
- Customer forecasts and demand trends
- Market conditions and industry developments
- Pricing dynamics and supply-demand changes
- Provide clear, actionable insights to support account planning and decision-making Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, sales operations, or customer support
- Experience in semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech industry preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting global customers (OEMs, ODMs, or EMS)
- Familiarity with semiconductor supply chain dynamics (lead times, allocation, pricing cycles)
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Work Environment & Expectations
