This role serves as a key technical resource on project teams and works closely with Project Managers and Principals. Hours Full-time, Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. (flexible) Location Ala Moana, Honolulu, Oahu Pay $75,000 to $110,000 a year Responsibilities Lead preparation and coordination of design and construction documents. Oversee development of drawings, details, specifications, and technical solutions. Coordinate with consultants, internal teams, and stakeholders. Ensure design intent is maintained throughout all project phases. Support construction administration, including responding to RFIs and reviewing submittals. Assist in resolving technical and design challenges. Mentor junior designers and support team development. Ensure quality control, accuracy, and adherence to project standards. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. 5+ years of experience in an architectural firm. Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office. Solid understanding of building systems, codes, and construction documentation. Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills. Licensure or progress toward licensure preferred.
