We thrive on collaboration, curiosity, and bold ideas, and we empower our people to push boundaries and make meaningful impact through design.

Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Project Architect with advanced Revit expertise to lead design and technical production for commercial, higher education, and campus-based projects. The ideal candidate will manage project teams, develop and maintain BIM standards, coordinate multidisciplinary consultants, and ensure high-quality documentation from schematic design through construction administration. Familiarity with AIA practice standards, NCARB, and a strong portfolio across education, office, art, corporate, and science & technology facilities is highly desirable.

Develop and enforce project-specific BIM execution plans, templates, and families to ensure consistent project delivery across multiple campuses and client types.

Prepare construction documentation, details, and specifications consistent with AIA best practices and project requirements.

Serve as primary client contact for technical design coordination, manage client expectations, and present design solutions to owners and stakeholders.

Mentor junior staff in Revit workflows, modeling standards, documentation techniques, and project management practices.

Perform quality assurance/quality control reviews of all drawings, models, and deliverables prior to issue.

Support construction administration, including responding to RFIs, reviewing submittals, and conducting site visits as needed.

Collaborate with studio leaders on resource planning, scheduling, fee development, and project profitability tracking.

QualificationsProfessional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) and active architectural registration preferred; NCARB certification a plus.

Minimum 8+ years of progressive architectural experience with a significant focus on Revit-based project delivery.

Strong portfolio demonstrating leadership on commercial, higher education, campus, office, art, corporate, and science & technology projects.

Proficiency in Revit (modeling, families, phasing, worksets), BIM coordination tools, and clash detection software.

Familiarity with AIA contract documents, project delivery methods, and construction administration processes.

Demonstrated experience creating and implementing BIM execution plans, templates, and standards across multiple projects.

Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills, with the ability to articulate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.

Leadership experience mentoring and developing staff, managing consultants, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

Commitment to high-quality, detail-oriented documentation and rigorous QA/QC practices.

AIA membership and experience working on campus and institutional projects preferred.
