Senior Project Architect If you're a Senior Project Architect with experience, please read on! Hybrid Remote (2 days remote/3 days onsite in Las Vegas) $100k - $130k + annual bonus 401k matching + employee stock Full-Time/Permanent We've spent the last 90 years becoming a leading comprehensive planning, architectural, and interior design firm that collaborates with 7 offices across the US and counting! Qualifications Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) or Master of Architecture (MArch) degree. Architect License or 10 years of experience Revit Hospitality project experience is a plus Responsibilities Coordinates a project from initial design through construction administration Assumes some project management responsibilities for assigned projects inclusive of client and consultant meetings and communications. Develops project documentation requirements as a result of research, discussions with Project Manager, PIC, Lead Designer and client interviews. versees the assembly of necessary technical documentation (drawings and specifications), in accordance with our standards, for all project phases For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
