Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a Senior Project Architect with strong technical expertise and a passion for delivering high-quality architectural projects from concept through construction. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys taking ownership of project execution, documentation, and coordination. Key Responsibilities Lead technical development of projects from design through construction Produce and oversee high-quality construction documents (CDs) Develop and implement code compliance strategies Coordinate with consultants (MEP, structural, etc.) Manage project documentation, specifications, and detailing Participate in construction administration (RFIs, submittals, site visits) Ensure accuracy, clarity, and quality across all project deliverables Mentor and guide junior team members Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture 7+ years of architectural experience Architectural license preferred (or in progress) Strong proficiency in Revit (required) Experience with construction documentation and detailing Hands-on experience with construction administration Strong understanding of building codes and project coordination Preferred Experience Experience in K-12, higher education, commercial, or community projects Familiarity with specification tools (e.g., SpecLink) Key Skills Strong technical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Detail-oriented with a focus on quality execution Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Medical, dental, and vision insurance (majority employer-paid) 401(k) / retirement plan with employer match Paid time off and holidays Professional development and licensure support
