Responsibilities Lead project teams through design development and project delivery Manage projects from programming and design through construction administration Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal team members Complete project submittals, code reviews, and consultant coordination Meet with regulatory agencies and project stakeholders as needed Review drawings and construction documents for quality and accuracy Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress Assist with RFIs, submittals, and other construction administration activities Qualifications Professional Architecture degree 5+ years of Project Architect or Project Management experience Experience with municipal, civic, government, public sector, educational, or community facility projects preferred Proficiency in Revit Strong knowledge of building codes, construction documents, and construction materials Experience managing projects through all phases of design and construction Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines Construction administration experience is a plus Why Join?
