Key Responsibilities Lead and support project teams through the design and documentation process for small to mid-sized architectural projects. Develop comprehensive design and construction documents that meet project objectives, schedules, and quality standards. Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, development teams, and construction professionals throughout project delivery. Manage project design schedules, lead team and consultant meetings, and oversee QA/QC processes and project specifications. Research building codes, navigate regulatory approvals, resolve complex technical issues, and mentor junior architectural staff. Skills & Experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture with active architectural licensure required. Minimum of 8 years of relevant architectural experience. Strong proficiency in Revit, construction documentation, building codes, and constructability reviews. Demonstrated ability to lead project teams, coordinate consultants, and manage multiple priorities. Experience with Bluebeam and sustainability credentials such as LEED AP and/or WELL AP are highly desirable.
