Key Responsibilities Lead the technical development, coordination, and refinement of projects through all phases of design and construction documentation. Produce and oversee construction documents, detailing, building systems integration, material selection, and specification coordination. Manage project technical documentation, including change orders, proposal requests, scope revisions, and project manuals. Conduct site observations, prepare field reports, and support project closeout activities, including punch lists and occupancy certifications. Serve as a project leader by managing small teams, supporting staffing and scheduling efforts, and collaborating closely with project leadership and clients. Skills & Experience Licensed Architect with a degree in Architecture or equivalent professional experience, and a minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible architectural experience. Strong background in technical design, construction documentation, field observation, building materials, specifications, and construction methods. Experience working on multifamily, high-rise, or higher education projects, with knowledge of building and zoning codes and regulatory processes. Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp or Rhino, rendering platforms, and Microsoft Office. Demonstrated ability to develop proposals and presentations, manage quality control, coordinate consultants, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
