Job Description

Join a well-established and design-led architecture practice known for creating meaningful learning environments that positively impact communities. This is an opportunity to take a leadership role on complex educational projects, guiding them from concept through construction while working within a collaborative culture that values innovation, professional growth, and continuous learning. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping design outcomes, mentoring team members, and building strong client relationships while contributing to projects that leave a lasting legacy. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and coordination of architectural projects from schematic design through construction documentation and administration. Manage and coordinate internal project teams, consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure quality, technical accuracy, and project success. Collaborate with project leadership to manage schedules, resources, budgets, and project delivery objectives. Oversee code compliance, technical documentation, bidding activities, and construction-phase services, including submittal reviews and site visits. Mentor junior team members, support professional development, and contribute to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Skills & Experience Professional degree in Architecture and current architectural licensure. Minimum of 8 years' experience delivering complex architectural projects, ideally within the education sector. Strong expertise in construction documentation, specifications, building codes, and construction administration. Advanced proficiency in Revit, with experience using Bluebeam and Microsoft Office considered advantageous. Proven leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and lead multidisciplinary teams.
