Full-Time | In-Office Grow Into Leadership at Origo Works Origo Works is looking for a talented and ambitious Emerging Architect / Project Coordinator who is ready to take the next step beyond traditional production work. This opportunity is ideal for a young architect or designer who wants meaningful responsibility, direct mentorship from firm leadership, and exposure to the full project lifecycle — from concept and client presentations to construction and development coordination. The role combines architectural design, project coordination, team collaboration, and early leadership responsibilities within a fast-paced design-build environment. What You'll Do Assist in the design and documentation of architectural projects. Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and internal project teams. Participate in client meetings, presentations, and project reviews. Support project scheduling, permitting coordination, and construction administration. Help manage drawing production and project deadlines. Contribute to design research, visualization, and presentation materials. Work closely with senior architects and project managers on active projects. Take increasing responsibility for managing portions of projects and mentoring junior staff. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. 2-5 years of professional experience preferred. Strong design and graphic communication skills. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and visualization tools. Strong organizational and communication abilities. Eagerness to grow into project management and leadership responsibilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
