Join a North Dallas architecture firm with 14 years of experience delivering civic, public safety, and commercial projects throughout the region. The team is seeking someone with 8-12 years of experience, strong technical and project delivery skills, and advanced Revit proficiency. This role will take ownership of projects and work directly with firm leadership in a collaborative, hands-on environment. Civic and public safety experience is a plus, but strong commercial project experience will also be considered. Key Responsibilities Lead projects through all phases, from programming and design through construction administration. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies. Develop and oversee construction documents and technical detailing in Revit. Manage project schedules, deliverables, and team coordination. Work across project types including municipal, public safety, education, healthcare, veterinary, and commercial facilities. Skills & Experience 8-12 years of architectural experience. Experience leading projects from concept through completion. Strong Revit proficiency required; the firm works exclusively in Revit. Strong technical, consultant coordination, and project management skills. Registration is a plus but not required. Civic, public safety, or institutional experience is preferred, but not required.
