Seeking an Architect or Interior Designer to support a contract with the Federal Government.

Required qualifications:

Must have a Secret clearance and be able to obtain a TS clearance A bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or design Minimum of 5 years architectural project experience. Must possess a professional license (NCIDQ, RA, etc.) Must possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills; and be able to demonstrate those skills to a varying level of internal and external resources, to include senior leadership. Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office and AutoCAD Ability to navigate complex situations requiring diplomacy, interpersonal skills, and judgement Preferred qualifications: Active Top Secret clearance Familiarity with design/construction of Federal government space In this position, you will act as the Government owner's technical representative to advise on design and construction of new and existing buildings occupied by a government agency. You will be part of a team of Federal employees and contractors. Telework is not guaranteed.
