Alabama Grading & Excavation / Paving Pros is hiring hardworking, reliable team members for our paving division. We are looking for Laborers and Equipment Operators who take pride in quality work and can perform in a fast‑paced, outdoor environment. Positions Available Asphalt Laborers Lute/Rake Hands Roller Operators Paver Operators Skid Steer & Loader Operators General Paving Crew Members What You'll Do Assist with asphalt placement, raking, shoveling, and site cleanup Operate paving equipment safely and efficiently (for operator roles) Follow directions from the foreman and work as part of a coordinated crew Maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment Perform basic equipment checks and report issues promptly What We're Looking For Experience in paving or heavy civil construction preferred but not required for laborers. Ability to work outdoors in heat and weather. Reliable transportation and strong work ethic. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor.
