Asphalt Foreman Details:

Direct Hire position $80,000.00 /annually First Shift (Monday through Friday) Supervise daily asphalt paving operations by coordinating crews, equipment, and materials to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and according to specifications. Inspect job sites, monitor paving quality, grades, and compaction, and troubleshoot field issues to maintain compliance with project plans and industry standards. Lead and mentor field personnel by assigning work, enforcing safety procedures, conducting toolbox talks, and ensuring adherence to OSHA and company safety policies. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to manage project progress, equipment needs, material deliveries, and accurate daily production reporting.

Asphalt Foreman Qualifications:
