This position starts as a general laborer, but for the right person, it can grow into a Crew Lead, Foreman, or other leadership role as our company continues to expand. We're currently looking to hire at least two team members who are dependable, hardworking, and eager to learn. What You'll Do Assist with asphalt paving, patching, sealcoating, crack sealing, and other pavement maintenance services Operate hand tools and equipment safely Load and unload equipment and materials Help maintain equipment and job sites Work alongside experienced crew members to learn industry skills Support job setup, cleanup, and daily operations Contribute to a positive, productive team environment What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Enjoys working outdoors in varying weather conditions Likes working with their hands and seeing the results of their work Reliable transportation and punctuality Excellent communication skills Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, walking, standing, and working around equipment Willingness to learn and grow professionally Flexible schedule and availability to work varying hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight work when required Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Experience is not required.
