Job Description

We are seeking an Asphalt Milling Laborer to join our team and support milling operations by performing manual tasks associated with asphalt placement and finishing. The position requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Responsibilities Assist with the placement, spreading, and leveling of asphalt materials Assist with general construction tasks, including loading and unloading materials, and operating hand and power tools Support paving machine operators by maintaining material flow and job site cleanliness Maintain a clean and safe work environment Collaborate with site supervisors and other construction staff to ensure project success Drive innovation and continuous improvement in construction practices Other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Experience in asphalt or construction industry preferred Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs and working in all weather conditions Basic math and measurement skills Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team Having a CDL is a nice to have Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
