Summary:

The General Superintendent oversees daily grading and paving operations, leading a crew of 10-15 while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role works closely with management to plan work, coordinate resources, and address field challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Supervise and coordinate grading and paving crews + Ensure quality, safety, and productivity on all job sites + Assist with project planning, scheduling, and budget control + Read and interpret project plans and specifications + Oversee materials, equipment, and maintenance + Enforce OSHA and company safety standards + Adapt to weather and schedule changes as needed

Requirements Requirements:
