Experienced Asphalt Line Striper

Overview We are seeking a skilled Asphalt Line Striper to join our team. MUST Have Experience in striping Parking Lots & Roads . This role involves the precise application of paint and markings on asphalt surfaces, ensuring safety and visibility for road users. The Asphalt Line Striper will work closely with other team members on various construction sites, contributing to the successful completion of projects. This is a guaranteed 5 days. You will assist in other duties in the shop or on jobs as needed. Chance of higher pay depending on Skills. Responsibilities Operate asphalt line striping equipment with precision to create clear and durable markings on roads, parking lots, and other surfaces Prepare surfaces for striping by cleaning and ensuring proper adhesion of paint or thermoplastic materials Coordinate with project managers and other construction personnel to ensure timely completion of tasks Assist in the setup and breakdown of equipment at various job sites Perform routine maintenance checks on heavy equipment such as dozers, loaders, backhoes, graders, and front loader trucks Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment at all times Support other construction activities as needed, including utility locating and site preparation Requirements Proven experience in asphalt line striping or related paving work Strong knowledge of heavy equipment operation including dozer, loader, backhoe, grader, and dump trucks Construction site experience with a focus on paving projects Ability to operate utility locating tools and understand underground utility layouts Familiarity with Caterpillar equipment is a plus Valid experience in construction or heavy equipment operation is required Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 pounds as needed Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards Prior experience working on construction sites with a focus on paving is highly desirable
