Standard ADC benefits package Job Overview J Street Dental Group is seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Hygiene Assistant / Sterilization Technician to join our team. This role operates in a fast-paced, bustling 12-op office supporting 4 to 5 hygienists at a time. The ideal candidate will seamlessly balance clinical hygiene assistance with strict sterilization protocols to ensure smooth, efficient patient care and safety.
Key Responsibilities Hygiene Support:
Assist hygienists with accelerated or assisted hygiene workflows, perform coronal polishing, and apply sealants.
SterilizationRoom Turnover:
Maintain rigorous infection control standards; efficiently clean, sterilize, and set up hygiene operatories.
Clinical RecordsImaging:
Complete accurate hygiene notes, capture required digital X-rays, and document dental exams alongside the doctor.
Qualifications Required:
Active X-Ray License (non-negotiable).
Required:
8-hour Infection Control Certification.
Required:
Coronal Polish Certification.
Preferred:
Sealants Certification.
Traits:
