We are seeking a motivated and experienced Asphalt Paver Operator to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating asphalt paving equipment to ensure smooth, durable, and high-quality road surfaces. Your expertise will help us deliver exceptional paving projects efficiently and safely, contributing to the development of infrastructure that stands the test of time. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction sites, utilizing your heavy equipment skills and construction knowledge to make a tangible impact. Duties Operate asphalt pavers and related heavy machinery with precision to lay asphalt according to project specifications Performed seal coating on parking lots, private roads, HOA communities, schools, and commercial properties. Applied hot rubberized crack seal and routed cracks as required. Installed asphalt patches (skin patches, remove-and-replace patches, dig-outs). Operated seal coat spray systems, crack melters, air compressors, blowers, and skid steers. Prepared surfaces by power sweeping, wire brushing, and compressed air cleaning. Performed traffic control and job site safety setup. Read site plans and measured quantities for materials. Experience striping parking lots and ADA . Requirements Proven experience operating heavy equipment such as asphalt pavers, loaders, excavators, and dump trucks in a construction environment Strong mechanical knowledge of construction machinery and ability to perform basic maintenance tasks Knowledge of construction site safety standards and practices Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift heavy materials regularly Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Join our team if you're passionate about building infrastructure that lasts!
