Construction Services Job Overview Brix Paving Northwest, Inc. is seeking a skilled and experienced Asphalt Paving Foreman to lead and supervise crews in delivering high-quality asphalt pavement projects. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, including crew coordination, equipment dispatch, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. You will collaborate with material suppliers, complete job logs, and submit crew timecards while prioritizing safety, efficiency, and quality. Responsibilities Direct crew(s) on daily tasks and ensuring equipment is dispatched accordingly Coordination with material suppliers for daily mix allocations Supervise and cross-train individuals Ability to adapt and work in various conditions and understanding requirements set forth by individual jurisdictions Perform daily maintenance and safety checks of field equipment Operate equipment proficiently and with situational awareness Willingness to collaborate and communicate with others Complete job log sheets and daily submittal of crew timecards Lead crews with an emphasis on safety and quality Ability to recognize inefficiencies and address in the field Ability to work weekends and occasional nights Ability to travel to various worksites with possible overnight accommodations Ability to work long hours and in all weather conditions Ensure each job is carried out with safety compliance standards set forth by OSHA and Brix Paving Northwest Qualifications Asphalt paving experience of 3+ years Valid driver's license required Class A CDL with a clean driving record (preferred) Proficiency in construction/paving standards & equipment operation (rollers, screeds, and excavators) Proficient in grading and ADA requirements Leadership skills and team-building experience Proficient in math and measurements Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance (company-paid) Life Insurance (company-funded) 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off (PTO) Performance-Based Bonuses Ongoing Training and Certifications Year-Round Hours Career Growth and Advancement Opportunities Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Schedule Full-Time Monday-Friday with potential for overtime Night and weekend shifts as needed Location Based in Boise, ID Projects throughout Idaho Travel required to and from job sites Equal Employment Opportunity We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
