Job Description
We are an established company looking for motivated employees to add to our Asphalt Sealcoat / Crack Seal Crew division. We are looking for hard working individuals that work well with others that enjoy working outside in a fast paced environment. Must be self motivated, able to work long hours outdoors and to lift 50 lbs regularly. Structured pay increases based on skills and willingness to learn. Experience preferred but not necessary. We wil provide on the job training. Job duties will include the following: applying asphalt sealcoat, running vacuum sweepers, running crack routers, usings a heat lance, driving, crack filling, and other miscellaneous asphalt maintenance duties. We offer competitive pay and benefits that include medical, dental, and vision insurance after 60 days. We offer retirement benefits after 1 year with employer matching of upto 3% of gross earnings. Applicants must have a current Idaho drivers license and be able to pass a drug test.
