Are you looking to begin a rewarding career in the construction industry? Suncore is hiring entry-level Asphalt Laborers to join our team. Things You'll Do + Rake and shovel asphalt. + Help equipment operators facilitate alignment, movement, and adjustment of the machines, equipment, and materials. + Measure, mark and record openings and distances to lay out areas where construction will be performed. + Dump windrows from belly and double belly trucks. + Prep construction site, and clean area to eliminate possible hazards. Requirements + Must be 18 years or older. + Understanding of asphalt paving procedures + Ability to bend, sit for long periods, and work in the heat. + Attention and commitment to safety. + Ability to work well with others in a team environment. + A strong work ethic. + Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
