We're hiring experienced Crew Leaders to oversee Asphalt Paving and Tree Service crews. This is a hands-on leadership role where your experience, work ethic, and ability to make smart decisions will make a real impact every day. What You'll Do Lead daily crews and assign work efficiently Oversee asphalt paving or tree service projects while maintaining quality and safety standards Troubleshoot field issues and keep projects on schedule Make sound decisions that minimize downtime and rework Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to company standards Operate and oversee the safe use of paving equipment, bucket trucks, spider lifts, hand tools, and power tools Assist with snow removal during the winter season when needed Travel locally to job sites each day with minimal overnight travel What You Bring Strong leadership and crew management experience Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced outdoor environment Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to perform physically demanding work in varying weather conditions Preferred Experience Asphalt paving and finishing Concrete finishing Tree work Bucket truck or spider lift operation Drilling and rebar placement Strong mechanical aptitude Heavy equipment operation Construction leadership with transferable mechanical skills 2+ years of crew leadership is preferred.
