This role is essential in supporting excavation, descaling, and site preparation projects. The ideal candidate is comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, operates equipment safely and efficiently, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. This is a hands-on position that requires physical stamina, attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong commitment to safety and job site excellence. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Operate and assist with excavation, descaling, and site preparation equipment in a safe and efficient manner Prepare job sites daily by organizing tools, materials, and equipment for smooth project execution Follow supervisor instructions and project specifications to complete work accurately and on schedule Perform digging, grading, trenching, soil compaction, and debris removal as required Support crew members and contractors with excavation, construction, repair, and restoration tasks Maintain strict compliance with OSHA safety standards and company safety policies, including proper use of PPE Conduct routine equipment checks and report any maintenance needs or safety concerns promptly Clean, organize, and secure tools and equipment at the end of each shift Work efficiently in all outdoor conditions including heat, cold, wind, and rain Compensation This position offers performance-based commission compensation.
