Responsibilities:
Apply sealcoat to asphalt surfaces to protect and extend their life. Prepare surfaces by cleaning and repairing cracks before application. Operate sealcoating equipment and ensure proper maintenance. Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Inspect finished work for quality and adherence to specifications. Communicate effectively with clients regarding project progress.
Requirements:
Previous experience in sealcoating or related field preferred. Ability to operate sealcoating machinery and tools safely. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Good physical stamina and ability to work outdoors. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Strong communication skills and teamwork mentality.
