Job Description

Paving Foreman or Assistant Paving Foreman Purpose of Position:

Responsible for the placement of asphalt pavement. This position will involve overseeing and managing a paving crew, and equipment for daily paving production.

Key Responsibilities:

Safety:

Promote safety oriented culture Know automation on asphalt pavers Material, equipment and crew scheduling Figure asphalt quantities Be able to read blueprints Must have good communication skills

Requirements:

Must have at least 5 years of experience in the asphalt paving field Must have a CDL license or be willing to get one Must have a minimum of OSHA 10 certification training, OSHA 30 certification training preferred Must have First Aid and CPR certification training

Compensation:

$29.31 - $48.30 per hour
