Job Description

We are currently seeking an asphalt laborer to begin work with our company for this asphalt construction season. This is a Full-Time position, which is seasonal (10 months of the year) and weather dependent. A successful applicant will be able to work outside on an asphalt crew, will be able to lift moderately heavy loads and handle a shovel/lute/various tools as required. Ability to grow into greater tasks available with experience. Must be able to handle working in a team environment and be willing to learn and handle criticism. We have consistent work five to six days a week.
Qualifications:
Ability to commute to Lebanon, IN daily for work Ability to lift heavy loads (50+ pounds) and handle hand tools and small construction equipment Willingness to learn and work as part of a team Can handle constructive criticism Willingness to Listen and adapt to new company initiatives
Preferred:
Possess a valid Driver's License Experience on an asphalt crew Experience working as a lute man If you are interested in the position, please apply! About Triangle Asphalt:
We are a second generation small family business established in 1961. We pride ourselves on project quality and employee success. Family owned and operated asphalt paving contractor located in Lebanon Indiana specializing in commercial and industrial construction projects. We complete a mixture of project types including, commercial businesses, industrial warehouses (new and rehabilitation) and community streets in the area.
