In addition to our comprehensive benefits, we promote from within enabling you to grow in your profession! If you are an experienced Asphalt Laborer, we want to discuss you joining our growing team! Asphalt Laborer performs physical labor including shoveling, laying asphalt, and heavy lifting. Asphalt Laborer will operate hand and power tools of all types: air hammers, plate compactors, and a variety of other equipment and instruments. Asphalt Laborer will be responsible for cleaning up rubble and debris and preparing job sites for paving. Asphalt Laborer be required to drive utility trucks and other moving equipment.
Qualifications:
- Must have one (1) to three (3) years of pervious experience working directly with asphalt;
- Must be able to follow OSHA safety standards and be safety conscious;
- Have the willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties;
- 18 years or older and legally able to work in the United States;
- Active and valid driver's license with acceptable driving history;
- Must be able to take both oral and written orders, instructions, and guidance from supervisors and managers; and Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen, background check, and acceptable driving history which will be determined at the sole discretion of the Company.
