Experienced Paving Personnel

Overview We are seeking motivated and skilled Experienced Paving Personnel to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing high-quality paving projects, ensuring smooth operation of heavy equipment, and maintaining safety standards across various construction sites. Your expertise will help deliver durable, professional pavements that meet project specifications and client expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects and develop your skills within a fast-paced, energetic environment. Responsibilities Operate wheel on paver, rake asphalt to desired thickness, operate compactors, and rollers. Perform paving activities including surface preparation for asphalt to achieve a smooth, level surface. Manage construction site activities by coordinating with team members, maintaining safety protocols, and ensuring timely project progression. Conduct routine maintenance on machinery and tools to ensure optimal performance throughout the project lifecycle. Assist with the setup and operation of commercial vehicles involved in transportation of materials and equipment. Strong knowledge of paving applications and techniques. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues quickly and effectively. Prior experience working with paving finishing tools and techniques is highly desirable. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards. $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
