Overview Join our paving crew and be a vital part of transforming roadways, parking lots, and other surfaces! This role offers the opportunity to work outdoors on a variety of construction projects, utilizing a variety of heavy equipment and paving techniques. As a key player in our crew, you'll contribute to paving projects while gaining valuable hands-on experience in construction and equipment operation. This position offers an opportunity to learn and grow and doesn't require previous experience. Responsibilities Support paving operations by spreading asphalt, ensuring proper compaction and surface quality Maintain safety standards by inspecting equipment, adhering to site protocols, and supporting a clean work environment Operate paving equipment Qualifications Prior experience working on construction sites or with paving crews is highly preferred Familiarity with construction safety procedures and site protocols Strong teamwork skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
