Duties Operate paving equipment such as screeds, asphalt pavers, skidsteer, distributor truck, chip machine, Mill efficiently and accurately. Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of heavy machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance. Assist with paving and chip sealing operations Follow all safety regulations including DOT (Department of Transportation) standards, site-specific safety protocols, and proper PPE usage to maintain a secure work environment. Pre-inspection of equipment and daily maintenance Support all aspects of the team Operate and labor to finish the job & help the team finish. Experience Proven experience operating heavy construction machinery at least 2 years. Strong understanding of standard paving operations Familiarity with working on civil infrastructure projects involving asphalt paving & chip sealing & milling. Knowledge of safety regulations including DOT (Department of Transportation) standards, OSHA guidelines, and general construction site safety practices. Ability to work outside in the height and long hours. Prior experience working with construction and team members Valid drivers liscense preferred.
