Role:

Responsibilities:

Operate, drive and run screw on asphalt paver machinery to lay down asphalt on commercial projects. Ensure proper material distribution and thickness for optimal pavement quality. Collaborate with crew members to maintain a safe and efficient work environment. Perform routine maintenance and inspections on paving equipment. Monitor weather conditions and adjust paving operations accordingly. Follow project specifications and adhere to safety regulations. Assist in the setup and breakdown of job sites as needed. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members throughout the project.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an asphalt paver operator minimum 5 years driving and running screw at the same time. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Knowledge of asphalt paving techniques and equipment. Ability to work in varying weather conditions and physical environments. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. OSHA certification or willingness to obtain it.
