General Laborer -

Asphalt Paving Pay:

$17.00 per hour First Shift 7 am -5 pm Join a growing paving crew and help build and maintain roads, highways, parking lots, and other asphalt surfaces. We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals with asphalt paving experience who enjoy working outdoors in a fast-paced team environment. Responsibilities Assist with asphalt paving, patching, and roadway construction projects. Perform shoveling, raking, lute work, and asphalt cleanup. Load, unload, and move tools, equipment, and materials. Support equipment operators and paving crew members. Perform general site preparation and cleanup. Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications Previous asphalt paving or road construction experience required. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) and repetitive physical tasks. Dependable with excellent attendance. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Reliable transportation to and from the job site. Must be able to pass pre-employment screening, including a drug test. Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday Overtime and occasional weekends as needed #swggreer
