Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sitework Foreman with a strong civil construction background to lead crews on site development projects in the Newington, NH area. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with excavation, earthwork, underground utilities, grading, surveying, foundation layout, and heavy equipment operation, along with the leadership skills to effectively manage a crew and keep projects moving safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Lead and supervise sitework crews on civil construction projects Perform and oversee site and foundation layouts Read and interpret plans, specifications, and grading drawings Utilize GPS and rover equipment for layout, grading, and project accuracy Use Procore for project documentation, communication, and tracking Operate heavy equipment as needed while directing field operations Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors Ensure quality control and adherence to project schedules Enforce OSHA and company safety standards Communicate with project managers, inspectors, and clients as required Qualifications Experience as a Sitework Foreman, Lead Operator, or Civil Construction Foreman Strong civil construction experience required Surveying and GPS/rover experience required Experience performing site and foundation layouts Proficiency with Procore or similar construction management software Skilled heavy equipment operator with experience in excavation and site development Proven ability to lead crews and manage daily field operations Knowledge of underground utilities, grading, drainage, and earthwork Valid driver's license and reliable transportation OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred Pay & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Full benefits package Steady, local work Opportunities for advancement and long-term career growth If you're a civil construction professional with leadership experience, GPS/rover knowledge, layout experience, and the ability to run a productive crew, we want to hear from you.
