We're looking for someone who knows how to run a paver, work with a crew, and put down a clean, consistent mat. What You'll Do Operate asphalt paver on commercial projects Control speed, grade, and material flow Work closely with screed, roller operators, and foreman Ensure smooth, even asphalt placement Perform daily equipment checks and basic maintenance Follow safety procedures on active job sites What We're Looking For 2+ years experience operating an asphalt paver Strong understanding of grade, slope, and asphalt placement Reliable, safety-minded, and team-oriented Ability to work long hours in outdoor conditions Valid driver's license and dependable transportation What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental & vision insurance 401(k) with company match Steady work and opportunity to advance If you know how to run a paver and take pride in your work, we want you on our crew .
