Mill Machine Operators Compensation & Earning Potential Hourly Pay Range:

$20 - $35+ per hour (Competitive rates based on experience)

• Spreading, shaping, and finishing hot-mix asphalt
• Operating rollers to achieve proper density
• Running skid steers for prep and material handling
• Assisting with grading, patching, and lot preparation
• Operating pavers and assisting screed operations
• Operating mill machines for milling and paving preparation
• Maintaining clean, professional commercial job sites
• Working as part of an efficient paving crew What We Expect
• 2+ years of Asphalt experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work long hours in heat
• Reliable daily attendance
• Professional conduct on commercial properties
• Valid driver's license required (CDL A or B holders eligible for higher hourly pay)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
• Safety-first mindset (OSHA 10 or equivalent safety training preferred, but not required)
