Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Ohio (BGCCO) is committed to providing high-quality and impactful programming for youth in grades K-12. The Success Coach will directly engage with teens to foster a safe, enriching, and career-focused environment. With a caseload of up to 30 teens, the Success Coach will provide mentorship, facilitate engaging programs, and support youth in overcoming barriers to success. Employee Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO), accrued. 12 paid holidays: (Dr. Matin Luther King Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day/day after.Paid winter break:
December 24th- January 1st.
K Key Responsibilities:
School Year (up to 28 hours per week during school year) Summer Programming hours (35- 40 hours per Week) Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality to ensure reliable support for youth and program operations.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in teen engagement, youth development, or program facilitation. Strong ability to connect with and motivate teens in a positive, strong, strength-based manner. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet-based tools. Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and safety protocols. Ability to pass a criminal background check. Valid driver's licensePhysical Requirements:
Ability to travel locally as needed. Ability to engage actively with youth, including extended periods of movement. Light to moderate lifting may be required. May be required to drive a Club van periodically (no CDL required).Equal Employment Opportunity:
