as a Sealcoat Specialist and play a vital role in enhancing the durability and appearance of asphalt surfaces. We are looking for motivated individuals to help us deliver top-notch sealcoating services in Springfield, OH, while contributing to our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and clean asphalt surfaces for sealcoating application. Apply sealcoat using spray, squeegee, or brush methods. Inspect completed work for quality and adherence to company standards. Maintain equipment and tools to ensure efficient operation. Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project updates. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Assist in training new team members on sealcoating techniques and safety practices.
Requirements:
Previous experience in sealcoating or asphalt maintenance preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the paving industry. Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies. Positive attitude and a strong work ethic are essential.
