Job Description

Full-Time | Silver Star Construction 2401 S. Broadway Ave., Moore, OK 73160 Silver Star Construction is hiring Asphalt Laborers/Operators to support roadway and paving projects throughout the area. We are looking for hardworking individuals who enjoy working outdoors and contributing to quality infrastructure projects.
Primary Duties:
Assist crews with asphalt placement on roads, highways, parking lots, and residential developments Rake, spread, and smooth asphalt materials Support asphalt repair and patching operations using hot and cold mix products Operate hand tools and selected construction equipment Load, move, and organize materials throughout the jobsite Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas Assist equipment operators and skilled construction personnel as needed
Desired Qualifications:
Experience working around paving and asphalt operations Ability to operate equipment such as loaders, pavers, tractors, screeds, or skid steers Strong attention to detail and commitment to teamwork Ability to accurately measure and prepare work areas
Requirements:
Able to stand, bend, crouch, and perform physical labor throughout the workday Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Willingness to wear required PPE at all times Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to adapt to changing project demands and schedules Available for overtime, weekends, and night work when necessary
