Equipment Operator / Hardscape Installer Henney's Custom Hardscapes Henney's Custom Hardscapes is seeking a motivated, dependable Equipment Operator / Hardscape Installer to join our growing team. We specialize in high-end outdoor living spaces including custom paver patios, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, fireplaces, fire pits, landscape lighting, and complete backyard transformations. This is a hands-on position for someone who is comfortable operating equipment while also working alongside the crew to build quality outdoor projects from start to finish. Responsibilities Operate skid steers, mini excavators, compactors, and other construction equipment safely and efficiently Assist with excavation, grading, drainage, and site preparation Install paver patios, walkways, and driveways Build retaining walls and outdoor living features Construct outdoor kitchens, fireplaces, and fire pits Install low-voltage outdoor lighting systems Load and unload materials and maintain equipment Read project layouts and follow design plans Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Work as part of a team while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship Qualifications Experience operating construction equipment preferred Hardscape or landscape construction experience strongly preferred Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic and positive attitude Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and pride in workmanship What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for advancement and leadership growth Company-supported retirement plan Health insurance reimbursement program Consistent full-time work Family-oriented team environment Benefits Explanation Henney's Custom Hardscapes offers a health insurance reimbursement benefit to help employees offset the cost of their personal health insurance coverage.
