This role is essential for maintaining the efficiency and safety of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Perform utility locating to ensure safe excavation practices. Assist in paving operations, ensuring proper techniques are followed for quality results. Maintain and inspect equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance and safety. Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently on the construction site. Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Participate in site clean-up and organization as needed. Skills Strong understanding of construction site procedures and safety regulations. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods. Familiarity with utility locating techniques is a plus.
