On-the-job training Safe work environment We are looking for a Asphalt Laborer to join our team and help with the day-to-day operations of our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including loading and unloading materials, cleaning and maintaining work areas, assisting with paving crews needs and assisting with other general labor duties as needed. The ideal candidate will have strong physical stamina, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Perform manual labor such as lifting, pushing, and pulling. Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment when necessary. Perform basic maintenance tasks. Operate machinery and tools in a safe manner. Work with other laborers to complete tasks in a timely manner. Be able to work in extreme weather conditions. Be a team player willing to work.

$15.00 - $16.00 per hour
