Job Grade 2 Job Tier 1 Career Area Human Resources Supervisor No Job Qualifications Completion of high school or the equivalent. Six months of human resources experience required. Must possess the ability, knowledge, and skill to operate/use the appropriate systems/software/hardware. Must complete annual HR code of ethics/confidentiality. Associate must successfully complete the Health Insurance and Portability Accountability Act of 1996 training, course code 249F, concerning the handling of personal health information as required by HIPAA within three months of occupying the position. Until training has been completed, the associate may not perform any duties relating to personal health information. If a sufficient number of qualified candidates do not apply, the minimum qualifications may be lowered without reposting.
