Asphalt Maintenance Operator - CDL Required Black-Top Paving vision insurance, parental leave, paid time off, paid holidays, 401(k) United States, South Dakota, Sioux Falls 4500 West 58th Street (Show on map) May 13, 2026 With over 115 years in business in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Black-Top Paving, a division of Journey Group, is growing and seeking an Asphalt Maintenance Equipment Operator to join our team to operate maintenance equipment and haul equipment to and from jobsites daily. Be a part of a team that prioritizes safety, respect, and doing the right things, always. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is offered for new hires.

Qualified candidates will have:

1 year of asphalt maintenance equipment experience preferred. Valid state issued driver's license and evidence of auto insurance. CDL Class A - medical card with tanker endorsement required. Experience in following written instructions. Here are just a few of the benefits you will experience with
