Paving Superintendent

A growing construction company is seeking an experienced Paving Superintendent to lead asphalt paving operations and oversee field crews on commercial and roadway projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader looking to join a stable company with strong compensation and relocation support.

What You'll Do:

Manage daily paving operations from start to finish Lead crews, subcontractors, and equipment operators Coordinate schedules, materials, and jobsite logistics Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and production goals are met Communicate with project managers, clients, and vendors Troubleshoot field issues and keep projects on track

What We're Looking For:

Experience as a Superintendent, Foreman, or similar leadership role in asphalt paving or road construction Strong knowledge of paving equipment, grading, and production flow Ability to manage teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Safety-focused mindset

Compensation & Benefits:
