Your hands-on work will contribute directly to infrastructure development, providing reliable transportation routes for communities. Duties Assist with the setup and preparation of asphalt paving sites, including site clean-up and material staging Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, backhoes, graders, dozers, and front loader trucks to move materials and prepare surfaces Support paving operations by spreading asphalt, ensuring proper compaction and smooth finishes Conduct utility locating to identify underground utilities before excavation or paving activities Maintain safety protocols by inspecting equipment, wearing proper PPE Support other construction tasks such as grading, site leveling, and general labor duties as needed Qualifications Prior experience in construction or asphalt paving is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential Ability to function in a worksite environment and follow safety protocols.
